We’d rather meet people while they’re still deciding what’s possible, not after they’ve already struggled through a few rejections alone.
Why we built it this way
We’ve seen it happen too often: someone builds a genuinely strong skill, but never gets the chance to show it, because nobody ever taught them how to present it, or connected them to the kind of employer who’d value it. We don’t think a good skill should go unnoticed just because the job search side of things got neglected. That’s why we treat placement support as part of the training itself, not an afterthought tacked on at the end.
