Sonek Data School Refund Policy

At Sonek Data School, we are dedicated to providing a transformative learning experience. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have established the following refund guidelines;

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
i. Course Cancellation by Sonek Data School: In the rare case that we cancel a course before it begins, students will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
ii. Overpayment: If a student makes an overpayment, the excess amount can be refunded upon formal request.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
i. Once a student has accessed course materials, attended any class sessions, or participated in learning activities.
ii. If a student is unable to attend classes, complete assignments, assessments, or sit for projects due to personal circumstances.

3. Deferment Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, students can request to defer their enrollment to a future session.

Deferment requests must be submitted in writing to admin@sonekdataschool.com at least 7 days before the course start date.

Approval is subject to Sonek Data School’s discretion and availability.

4. Refund Process
If eligible for a refund:
1. Send an email to finance@sonekdataschool.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
2. Include proof of payment and a clear explanation of the refund reason.

Refunds are processed within 30 business days and credited through the original payment method.


5. Final Decision
Sonek Data School retains the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis, with all decisions being final.
